TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (“Client” or “you”) and ProWash Laundry Solutions, LLC (“ProWash,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By scheduling a pickup, submitting items for cleaning, accessing our website, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
ProWash may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will apply to all services provided thereafter.

1. Scope of Services
ProWash provides laundry processing, wash-and-fold, garment handling, and delivery services within Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, subject to operational availability. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Inherent Risks of Laundry Services
Textiles vary widely in construction, dye composition, and durability. By submitting items to ProWash, you acknowledge that laundering and garment care carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Shrinkage or stretching
- Color bleeding or fading
- Fabric weakening or wear
- Residual staining or odor
We do not warrant or guarantee stain removal or preservation of original garment condition. ProWash is not responsible for defects caused by manufacturer error, prior treatment, undocumented alterations, or missing/inaccurate care labels.
3. Responsibility for Special-Care Items
Clients are solely responsible for identifying items requiring special handling. Unless explicitly approved in writing, ProWash does not assume responsibility for:
- Items labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only”
- Delicate or specialty materials (including leather, suede, silk, wool, cashmere)
We reserve the right to decline service for items that present health, safety, or contamination concerns, including but not limited to bed bugs, mold, bodily fluids, hazardous substances, or excessive soil.
4. Claims and Limited Remedies
Any concern regarding missing or damaged items must be reported in writing within five (5) calendar days following delivery. Claims must include a description of the issue and reasonable supporting evidence.
If ProWash determines that loss or damage resulted directly from our negligence, our total responsibility will be limited to the lesser of the item’s reasonable replacement value or $300 per order, as determined by ProWash. This constitutes the Client’s exclusive remedy.
ProWash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.
5. Pickup, Delivery, and Access
Clients must ensure items are accessible at the scheduled pickup location and time. ProWash is not responsible for items left unattended before pickup or after delivery at the Client’s request.
Failed or missed pickups resulting from inaccessible, unsafe, or incorrect locations may result in additional charges. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, or operational constraints.
6. Unclaimed Property
Items remaining unpaid or unclaimed for thirty (30) days following service completion will be deemed abandoned. ProWash may donate, dispose of, or otherwise handle such items without further obligation or liability.
7. Billing and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. ProWash accepts Square, ACH, and check payments. Invoices may be issued weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on the agreed billing arrangement.
Late or unpaid balances may result in service interruption, late fees, or collection actions.
8. Cancellations and Service Suspension
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule a pickup. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or missed-service fee.
ProWash reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service for reasons including but not limited to nonpayment, unsafe conditions, repeated missed pickups, or violation of these Terms.
9. Client Obligations
Clients must remove all personal property from garments prior to service, including money, jewelry, electronics, and documents. ProWash is not responsible for items left in pockets or for damage caused by such items.
By submitting laundry, you represent that the contents are lawful, non-hazardous, and suitable for standard cleaning processes.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to ProWash’s website or systems. Use of the website is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of- law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You knowingly waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.
