We charge a $10 service fee to every order for pickup, processing, and delivery.

Delivery Disclaimer

Prowash Laundry Solutions will NOT return your laundry until you have paid in full.

Bed Bug And Lice Disclaimer

We will NOT take orders we suspect have bed bugs or lice.

We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee if we find bed bugs or lice in laundry.

Cancellation & No-Show Fee

If our driver shows up to pickup a load and it isn't ready or cancelled without notice, we need to charge a $50 cancellation fee to cover our costs for our driver as well as taking up a spot in the schedule.
